Soul Coaching is a remarkable pathway that allows you to “hear” the yearnings of your soul. It is a program designed for anyone seeking phenomenal spiritual cleansing, renewal and transformation. The aim of Soul Coaching is to align one’s inner spiritual life with their outer life. It is a system that helps to clear away mental, emotional and physical clutter so you can hear the secret messages from your soul. There are many components to Soul Coaching, but the backbone of the program is the Soul Journey...or the guided meditation process. As a Soul Coach, I will lead you through a custom, "unique for each situation" guided meditation to help you find the answers locked within. We can look for answers to one or many aspects of your life and this process can be one class or an entire process. Your soul knows what you need at this moment of time.

The unique 28 Day Program helps you clear away all the clutter (mental, spiritual and physical) that keeps you from moving forward. Each week is based on one of the four elements - Air, Water, Fire and Earth. You can work at any level you desire...from an average of five minutes a day to "as much as it takes" a day! No pressure, just what is right for YOU and that day of your life. A strong commitment is required to start the program, but one of the beauties of the program is that once you have committed and miss a day for any reason, your soul still draws to it the work that is requested for that particular day and you continue to move forward.  How cool is that?!

Throughout the 28-day program, you will begin to notice how the elements appear in your daily life and you will learn how to use their energy to release the clutter found in the various aspects of your life.
